Because 100% customer satisfaction is important to us, every order made with OHMYGAWDESS is covered by our 30 days return guarantee. If you're not happy with your order our dedicated customer service team will do everything in their power to make it right.

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Beauty /  Personal Care item such as eyelashes, makeup brushes, beauty oils cannot be returned. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

If you're not happy with your item, please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

How do I make a return?

1. Contact us by email at  [email protected] or on our contact us page or by using Messenger on our Facebook Page. Be sure to provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.

2. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed a return confirmation number within 24-48 hours. Keep this written down until you mail your package.

3. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to:

4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number and return confirmation number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.

5. We will email you when your return is processed.

6. Once your return is processed, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.

Please note: OH MY GAWDESS RETAIL is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. 

 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
 
Returned Items
If you have spoken with a member of our support team and a return is applicable on the item you have purchased, all items must be sent to our return address in their original unused condition. If an item has been received damaged you must inform us prior to returning your items as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all items are returned in a working and resalable condition. Included in your return you must state your name and order ID.
 
Refund Period
All of our products come with a 30 day refund period - if you have a problem just let us know and we will do our best to help.
 
Import Taxes
Please note some of our promotional items are shipped from our warehouse in Asia which potentially could incur import taxes. The value paid by customers on promotional items is however normally lower than most countries import tax threshold although in a scenario where taxes are applied the customer is responsible for all fees/taxes.

 

Cancellations
Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order. Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. 
 
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
 
Public/Shared Addresses
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and OH MY GAWDESS will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
